3 eggs
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 T. sugar
raspberry or lingonberry sauce or syrup
Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in 1/3 c. milk.
Sift together flour, sugar and salt and add to egg mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Stir in remaining milk.
Let stand 1 hr.
Stir in melted butter.
Pour into buttered 13x9 in. baking pan.
Bake in moderate oven (350) 40-45 min.
Remove from oven and serve at once.
Serve with raspberry or lingonberry sauce or syrup.
Yield: 6 servings
Seemed a little underdone after 45 minutes, gave it an extra 3. Oven wasn’t level so one side was thicker than the other. Buttered pan but it stuck a bit.
